    Standard 07 Januari 2018 / Kulterens Östarp / Säsongen har börjat !!

    ALL THE PHOTOS https://goo.gl/mNMeLq

Today finally a beautiful sunny day but to look out of the window I assume quite cold, seen the ice to cover the road surface and cars. At ten o'clock when the sun has already warmed the ground, I take a short walk to see the road conditions. They look good and the ice at least on the road seems to have melted. The air is pleasantly sparkling and the termomestro marks -2 degrees. I prepare the bike and cautiously leave the city with a careful look on the road in search of any ice. Everything is going well and the initial fears soon leave room for an uncontrollable joy! Finally again in motion. The landscape is beautiful. A blanket of frost covers almost everything. Small ice crystals form small masterpieces everywhere. The light is magnificent near the Häckeberga nature reserve. The old manor shines on the waters of the lake. I take a short walk to meet a small masterpiece of nature. The ice has formed a kind of rose on a branch with some beautiful ice crystals. On the road a fun meeting. A big sheaf of hay inside which someone thought well of putting on a mannequin with clothes and a bicycle. The effect is really exhilarating! A few meters a donkey grazing with a little coat for the cold! A few kilometers further, I reach the Kopturens Östarp, an agricultural area dating back to the mid-19th century, with buildings, animals and gardens in an ancient cultural landscape. The area is really lovely and consists of several ancient structures. The old windmill built at the beginning of the 18th century is immediately visible. Originally it was located in the Vipeholms area in Lund, then in 1845 it was moved to Skönadal to the east of Villa Sunna and finally to Kultur Östarp in 1924. A characteristic of this mill is that its structure is revolving in order to better capture the wind . Next to the stuga where the linen was worked and dried by placing it next to the small oven. The small water mill built in 1705 and used mainly for grinding rye is very picturesque. Going up the hill is the Gamlegård, an old farmhouse built in 1812 which represents a typical example of the Skania farm. Walking in these places is really exciting both for the landscape and for the atmosphere that is enjoyed. I take this opportunity to have lunch. Today hard-boiled eggs and a nice salad. Of course, coffee with mocha can not be missing. Comfortably sitting on a bench sipping my coffee, enchanted by this beautiful landscape. See you next time
